TK 7/13/08 - WEEK 2 - I hired someone to for the job this week. He has the files and will start working next week. I suspect it will take him 2 weeks to do 2007 and then we'll set him up with a monthly schedule.
TK 7/18/08 - WEEK 3 - Rowan is set up and has the files. I introed him to Emma to help with any questions he has on categorization of expenses. I haven't heard anything more from him, nor does it show any activity on his Odesk profile.

TK 7/5/08 - WEEK 1 I looked into several people and Robin was able to find a group out of Argentia who would be interested, but then Scott's been talking with someone he knows and so on Monday we'll start with Scott's person. I still need to reply to all the people in my Inbox.
TK 7/13/08 - WEEK 2 - scott brought on Tyler to help with the backend work, so he ramped him up this week. I think that is good in terms of backend programmers for now. We need now is a Project Manager and/or UX tester.
TK 7/18/08 - WEEK 3 - I've laid out our team on a gdoc. We are missing a maybe one more person to help us with RR stuff, but other than that, things are looking really good and the roles are clearly defined.
TK 7/27/08 - WEEK 4 - Still looking for a meebo person, but i posted it on Odesk and have lots of options to pick from, so the goal is to have someone running on meebo by the end of the week.
