TD - 9/17/08 - Spoke with student government again about this and found out that most clubs won't be official until late October! Went to club fair and picked up tons of club fliers. Will email them using these. Set up appointment with Student Activities folks to see if they can help push it.
TD - 9/24/08 - Met with Julie at Student Services to talk about RR, and she's super excited about it and says she has the authority to push for this. She said RR would save her office tons of time because they are doing a lot of it with pen and paper right now, and there is no way to track its effectiveness.
She said our best bet would be to set up a presentation for all the Student Activities and FYE folks at Hunter (along with the student government). Do you have a PowerPoint like this handy by any chance, or should I put together a template? She says if Baruch is in then Hunter will want to do it even more.
(What is going with Baruch now and who's the contact?) And last but not least, she said we could present to their CUNY-wide meeting of student services people. It was wonderful seeing her excitement and re-realizing just how much Hunter (and the world) needs Red Rover :* )
