WHY WE EXIST:
Swift Kick is an education company whose mission is to increase student engagement through the use of
training and
technology.
SK 2009 Goals:
Operations Goals:
- Defined and in place Pre / Post Program Workflow by August including pre program marketing and post program contact process
- Defined and in place process automations including emails, surveys, marketing materials, and reports
Products Goals:
- Full review of DFT and MSFB program goals and content ready by August
- Parent Program content and logistics defined by mid May > first program end of May
- DFT book outline created by end of May > Rough draft done by end of June > Final done by end of July > First copies printed Mid August
Team Goals:
- Outsource All Travel Logistics (Flight, Hotel, Car)
- Outsourcing Data Logistics including Contract set up and SF data input
- Advisor Board established by mid May > First meeting no later than mid May
Community Goals:
- Establish SA / SL Blog Community (FB Group, New Design, Twitter)
- Establish SA / SL Blog Scholarship > Define scholarship by July > Offer first scholarship end of August
- Bring together all the digital identities of SK to have an interrelated unified web presence (website, blog, wiki, fb, twitter) > review needs in July > Implement by end of August
Strategic Partnerships:
- Partner with stakeholders for Parent Talk (PTA, QLN, schools) > potentials contacted by beginning of May
